Our wild mushrooms—such as chanterelles, morels, black trumpets, hedgehogs, and porcini—are harvested by certified foragers and handled according to strict identification and food-safety standards. Doodlebug Flower Farm is not what you may consider a traditional farm. While there are hundreds of flowers grown here throughout the season, there are no fields of flowers. The flowers we grow are in raised beds, and tucked into our landscape. Our little farm is what would be considered a micro farm, or a boutique farm. I love bringing the freshest, most vibrant blooms into people’s lives, grown without chemicals or pesticides.

Vespucci Homestead was born out of a desire to have a more direct hand in how our food is sourced, and what goes into it. All of they canned goods are made with farm-to-jar produce, sourced from their garden and local farms whenever possible. The Homestead also recently welcomed two future dairy goats, and their eggs come from a flock of pasture-raised hens.

Blue Aster Bakery also sells pies, tea cakes, cookies, and cake slices highlighting seasonal fruits and vegetables grown in Hudson Valley.

We handcraft cutting & charcuterie boards, wood signs as well as custom wood furniture , floating shelves, butcher block countertops & adirondack chairs in our Catskill woodshop. We create these projects with locally sourced hard woods including live edge boards!! We have a brick & mortar store at 431 Main St. in the village of Catskill and also sell our products on our website! We have been attending local farmers markets & other artisan markets for over 5 years!

DoughCo Bagels is the brainchild of Josh Small, and has grown to include his brother, Jacob, as well. The brothers grew up loving all kinds of food, especially any loaded with carbs. When Josh went off to play college baseball at Carleton College, two years later, Jacob joined in on the fun. DoughCo Bagels was born out of Josh’s extended stays in the Midwest during undergraduate and graduate studies where he struggled to find a quality bagel. How did he fix this problem? By teaching himself the art of bagel making! Upon moving back to New York to start a corporate job in venture capital, Josh discovered that by bringing his bagels to his soccer/baseball games, he received honest feedback from self-described “bagel enthusiasts” that accelerated the bagel recipe (and friendships as well).
